STEP 1 – ASSIGN ORDER

  • This is a Module for Forwarders based in the Destination Countries to assign an LCL Export Order to a Forwarder in an Origin Country.
  • The Forwarder registers on AllMasters and assigns the order via the platform which offers multiple sailing options with real time visibility of rates and available capacity.

STEP 2 - BOOKING

  • Once the order is placed, it is received and booked on the platform by the Origin Forwarder as soon the shipment is ready
  • Amendments to Sailing Dates, Cargo dimensions and nature may be made within the platform by the Origin Forwarder with both parties staying notified throughout.

STEP 3 - TRACKING

  • Complete Visibility through milestones is offered to both the Destination and Origin Forwarder.
  • Milestones encompass all activities right from Order Assignment to Cargo Delivery at the Destination Warehouse.
  • Status Updates, Document Sharing and Exception Management are all managed on a single screen avoiding the need for multiple communication channels.
